We stand behind our products, and we’ll always do our best to take care of you. We believe that when we treat our customers with fairness and gratitude, they will show us the same.
Returns & Exchanges
There are no time limits for returns or exchanges. Although we will do our best to take care of you, there will be times when we will not be able to issue a refund. If the item has been used, a refund or exchange will be less likely, unless there is a manufacturing defect. Your return may be processed as a gift card to carrycourage.com for the value of the product.
For gifts purchased by someone other than you, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different item, provided we are able to track the original purchase by name or order number.
If your bag requires some TLC, let us help! We won’t charge you for repairing any part of your Carry Courage bag. All we ask is that you cover the shipping to us. We’ll fix it up, good as new, and send it back. There are no time limits for our repair policy.
