Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We currently ship within the US FREE with orders $150+. Other domestic shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Terms of Service
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange any items after 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase with your order number.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com with the email title of RETURN to notify us that you are intending to return your purchase. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, or items purchased using promo codes, or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
